The new perma STAR VARIO ensures optimum lubrication regardless of changing temperatures, high counter pressure, or contamination at the lubrication point.

The electromechanical lubrication system was invented 15 years ago and has proven itself in all kinds of industries. The new version offers many improvements: LCD display with push button control, all around LED lights and a new design.

The LCD display with push button control is self-explanatory and makes programming extremely simple. The all around LED signal offers visual control of the operating status even from a distance. The system assembles and installs in just minutes. With a pressure build-up of up to 6 bar it works reliably over a wide temperature range from -10 °C to +60 °C.
In order to facilitate the selection of the right lubricant for different applications perma-tec renamed two lubricants.
The new names for perma SF08 and perma SF09 better reflect the special application area of each grease.

Conveyors are needed in all types of industries worldwide. They operate in difficult environments like the extreme weather of the quarrying industry or the hygienically sensitive conditions of the food industry. Proper conveyor lubrication is very important but also presents a challenge for a range of reasons. Application conditions are normally aggressive due to high levels of contamination and high loads. Maintenance teams are faced with long walking distances, ladders and stairs. Observing manufacturer recommended lubrication intervals is not easy – especially at hard to reach and dangerous lubrication points. But improper lubrication will damage conveyor systems and eventually results in equipment downtime.
