The goal of the anonymous employee survey was to determine perma's attractiveness as an employer. The evaluation is now available, and one thing is clear: the result is impressive.
The analysis revealed a top performance by perma and the qualification as an "Excellent Employer in the Medium-Sized Business Sector 2024".
The results of the employee survey confirmed a high level of satisfaction among perma's employees. Alongside the multitude of positive aspects, potential areas for further optimizing employee satisfaction were also identified.
The introduction of a home office policy and a more flexible working hours model are intended to further enhance perma's attractiveness as an employer in the future.
